The HellSpawn Maya, Photoshop, ZBrush October 2009
Hello!
This is my rendition of the popular Todd Mcfarlane character Spawn.This HellSpawn is one before the era of Al Simmons, his name is Kufu ; he was once a priest . The circumstances which lead up to him becoming the HellSpawn result in his skin colours deviating from what are known as traditional spawn colours ( red, black , white) I meant for his pose to express " Wrath" as he is reigning down terror on the city below.
At first I intended for it to just be a sculpture out of Zbrush. Textures are all Polypainted. C&C most welcome and I hope you like it
